No faff, no long-term commitment beyond the month. Just you, chilling in your swimwear in the middle of London on a Tuesday

How it Works
When you sign up, your discounts apply automatically at checkout - no codes, no packages, no fuss.
Important Details
The discount is for the member’s personal use only; it cannot be used to book for guests.
You can have up to 3 sessions booked in advance at any one time.
Please check in when you arrive for your session. If you miss 2 sessions in a row, we may pause your membership for a week.
Memberships are for individual use only and can’t be shared with friends or family. We ask you to upload a profile photo within your first month.
Cancellation
Your membership renews automatically each month from the day you sign up. If you cancel, you’ll still have access until your next billing date.

Become a regular and make sauna part of your routine.
For £23/month, you'll get 50% off every sauna session across our London sites, plus priority booking access to member-only slots and regular session times.
Whether you're dropping in after work, starting your morning with a sweat, or squeezing in a session whenever the mood strikes, the Regulars Club makes it easier (and cheaper) to come more often.
Valid at Camberwell, Hackney Wick, Stratford and Walthamstow.
No limits, no minimum visits, no need to commit to a set schedule. Just a simpler way to sauna regularly.
Ideal if you visit often but want the flexibility to come whenever suits you.

Walk-in discounts
If you haven’t been able to book in advance, you can come 30 minutes before your session and check if there are walk-in spots available. Members receive a 50% discount in walk-in sessions, subject to availability.

Cancellation

Memberships cannot be paused.
If you cancel, any future bookings made using membership discounts will be cancelled and refunded.
