The site features three saunas (including one accessible), four cold plunges (ranging from 5°C - 10°C) and accessible changing facilities, toilets and hot showers.

How to Find us
Ruskin Park now closes at 7:30pm, before our last session finishes. However, there is access to the sauna site through Denmark Hill Gate (what3words) (which will close at 10:30pm). The other gates to Ruskin Park will be locked at dusk according to Lambeth's parks schedule.
