How It Works

1. Purchase a Gift Card
Buy your digital gift card online. At checkout, please enter your own email address - you’ll then receive the digital gift card directly, ready to forward or print for your lucky recipient.

Your voucher comes with a printable certificate you can gift by hand or pop into a card.
Please note: we do not send or have physical gift cards.

2. Activate the Gift Card
Before it can be used, the recipient must email us at support@community-sauna.co.uk to activate their card.
(Gift cards can’t be redeemed on-site until they’ve been activated.)

3. Book a Sauna Session
Once activated, the gift card can be used to book sessions online or for walk-ins (not guaranteed) at any of our sites.

Your gift card is valid for 365 days from the date it’s redeemed, and can be used to book Peak and Off-Peak communal sauna sessions at our sites in Camberwell, Hackney Wick, Stratford and Walthamstow.

Excludes special events and workshops.
