Group Booking Policy

  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 14 days of receiving this email. If your booking is within 14 days, you have 24 hours to complete payment. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 7 days before your session. Please email kieran@community-sauna.co.uk with the subject "CANCELLING PRIVATE BOOKING" to cancel. Do not attempt to cancel through the app/website. If you cancel through the app/website you will be charged our cancellation fee of £500 and will have to email us to request a refund. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days.

  • Strictly No Alcohol or Drugs: Anyone appearing intoxicated will be refused entry.

  • Food & Drinks: You may bring your own drinks and snacks, but no food is allowed in the sauna. No cooking or heating food onsite (birthday cakes with candles are fine).

  • Respect the Space: Decorations (e.g., bunting) are allowed, but no confetti, party poppers, or silly string. Please leave the space as you found it.

  • Community Focus: The sauna is a space for relaxation and connection. If your event does not align with this, we may refuse or cancel your booking.

  • Commercial/Public Events: Not permitted without approval from our managing director. Tickets cannot be resold at a higher price.

  • Event Hosts: If you are hosting an event, you must inform us in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without a refund.
