Why Sauna?
At Community Sauna Baths, we're big believers in getting hot, getting cold, slowing down and spending time in community. There's plenty of science behind it too. Regular sauna use has been linked to better heart health, and cold water immersion can help reduce stress and boost mood, energy and alertness.
But for us it's about more than the science. Saunas have brought people together for centuries, and our mission is to make sauna and cold plunge accessible to everyone in London. Now your team can be part of that too: a chance to step away from the desk, reset and come back refreshed.

Gendered and mixed sessions
Five locations: Camberwell, Hackney Wick, Peckham, Stratford and Walthamstow
Unlike unused gym memberships or forgotten meditation apps, this is wellbeing that's both social and restorative. You choose your company contribution, up to 100%.
