Practices at Hackney Wick
A quiet space for practices…the Sunroom.
Wellness
Move, breathe, connect.
Alongside sauna and cold plunge, we’re opening up our Hackney Wick space for a growing programme of practices - from yoga and breathwork to martial arts and more.
Join us in the Sunroom for classes and practices that are good for your body, mind, spirit and everything else.
Come as you are. Try something new. Why not stay after the class and book a sauna?

What You’ll Find
This is a space for practice.
A place to move your body, slow your breath, and spend time with others in a way that feels grounded and real.
Experienced practitioners lead our classes, each bringing their own approach - whether that’s strength, stillness or something in between.
You don’t need to be “good” at anything. Just open to showing up.
Our programme will evolve, but currently includes:
Community Yoga
Qi Gong
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
Soulful Martial Arts
Occasional workshops and one-off events

Matilda
Matilda guides a dynamic Vinyasa flow, thoughtfully sequencing each class to offer options for varying levels and moods. Her sessions create an opportunity to step away from the busy mind and tune into the physical sensations of movement, whether it be gentle, explorative or challenging.
Vinyasa Flow
Hatha VinyasaKiara
This hatha vinyasa class will have a strong focus on synchronisation of movement and breath, fostering a practice of moving meditation that builds resilience, concentration and strength. This class is open to all levels, no previous experience of yoga required. Please contact us ahead of the session if you have specific access requirements.
Kiara is a predominantly hatha vinyasa style teacher; her style blends the intensity and fluidity of vinyasa, with the purposeful, meditative practice of Hatha.
