What You’ll Find
This is a space for practice.
A place to move your body, slow your breath, and spend time with others in a way that feels grounded and real.
Experienced practitioners lead our classes, each bringing their own approach - whether that’s strength, stillness or something in between.
You don’t need to be “good” at anything. Just open to showing up.

We work with experienced practitioners who bring skill, care and presence to
every session. Each practitioner works independently, bringing their
own specialism and approach.
bones
Qi GongQi Gong is an ancient Chinese energy movement practice. It is available and accessible to all abilities and bodies.
We will explore foundational movements, theories and concepts of qi gong. And the soft strength and playful movements that are at the core of qi gong's health benefits, for longevity and a balanced life.
bones tan jones is an artist, composer and vocalist, and has been facilitating accessible and radical martial arts community spaces since 2016.
Matilda (she/her)
Matilda guides a dynamic Vinyasa flow, thoughtfully sequencing each class to offer options for varying levels and moods. Her sessions create an opportunity to step away from the busy mind and tune into the physical sensations of movement, whether it be gentle, explorative or challenging.

Soulful Martial Arts is a unique heart-centered class. It combines a blend of powerful traditional martial arts foundations with creative expression, mindful awareness, and joyful exploration.
You’ll train your body to move with strength, precision, and fluidity, while learning to listen deeply to its wisdom. Through dynamic drills, flowing forms, partner work, and free expression, you’ll develop real skill, unshakable discipline, and a profound connection to yourself.

Hatha-Vinyasa Fusion YogaA compassionately mindful Hatha-Vinyasa fusion Yoga to help you ground, uplift & restore. Expect a playful, curious and instinctual exploration, with a generous relaxation at the end.
This hatha vinyasa class will have a strong focus on synchronisation of movement and breath, fostering a practice of moving meditation that builds resilience, concentration and strength. This class is open to all levels, no previous experience of yoga required. Please contact us ahead of the session if you have specific access requirements.
Kiara is a predominantly hatha vinyasa style teacher; her style blends the intensity and fluidity of vinyasa, with the purposeful, meditative practice of Hatha.

Ivy (she/they)
Slow Flow Yoga is a grounding and mindful practice with plenty of space to slow down and reconnect. Postures are held for longer, allowing time to attune to your body’s needs, with opportunities for both gentle challenge and deep rest, including an extended Savasana. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a calm and supportive environment where options are encouraged throughout.
Ivy’s teaching is rooted in Hatha yoga and nervous system education. With experience guiding people new to yoga, she is passionate about fostering an inclusive, non-judgemental space where everyone feels welcome.

Open contemporary dance classes exploring flow and release. Soundtracked by a different album each week and facilitated by contemporary dance artist Maisie.

Contemporary Dance
This is an all-encompassing full-body workout for people at any stage in their movement journey. Inspired by flavours of barre and mat conditioning, there is a chance for a good challenge, sweat and smiles throughout. Come discover a newfound strength in a positive and inclusive environment.

AJ (they/them)
The class focuses on stability, building core strength and the development of kinaesthetic awareness of your body movement and breath.
AJ has been teaching Pilates for 2 years and has done further development in Yoga, breathwork and flexibility. They have a calming presence and yet offer an energetic and supportive class. They love teaching in person classes to support and align their students.
This class is open to all levels, all genders and all body types.

Rocket/Power Yoga is a dynamic and flowing practice that links breath with movement to create strength, focus, and freedom in the body. Rooted in traditional Ashtanga yoga with a playful, modern energy, the practice encourages exploration, balance, and presence.
Chessie is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher through Yoga University. She has been teaching yoga since 2019, offering a wide range of styles including Rocket, Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin & Restorative Yoga. Her classes are dynamic yet grounding and are always inclusive.
Rocket/Power Yoga
Siân (she/her)
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for BeginnersJoin Siân to practice the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa. Focusing on the primary series, this led class focuses on alignment and breath connection, guiding you to a moving meditation. Each pose is held for longer, giving you a deeper awareness of your connection to it. A solid grounding for any vinyasa-based class, expect to feel effort and ease, challenged and secure.
Siân brings warmth, precision and deep respect for the tradition to every class, creating a safe and inclusive space for you to explore your connection to yoga and yourself.

A Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class that focuses on the connection between movement and breath. The class begins with some gentle breathing exercises and builds into a moving meditation designed to help people feel more connected to themselves. It is open to all levels, with no previous experience of yoga required.
Tony Supreme is a yoga practitioner combining Hatha-Vinyasa practices to encourage mindful movement, balanced breathing and self-study, while supporting a sense of rest and release throughout his classes.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Tracy (she/her)
A dance class for beginners, including those with no previous dance experience. Each session creates a supportive space to explore movement, build confidence and reconnect with your body through dance. Expect a gentle warm-up, followed by guided movement exercises, rhythm work and simple choreography, finishing with a relaxing cool down. The focus is on musicality, finding your groove and having fun.
Tracy is a performer and movement practitioner with a background in Musical Theatre and Dance Movement Psychotherapy. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where everyone can enjoy dancing.
