Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all Community Sauna Baths sites.

You will carry out some tasks yourself while also managing a small team of freelance maintenance workers and coordinating specialist tradespeople when required.

The majority of work will be practical and site-based, but there will also be some admin time spent at our head office in Hackney Wick, planning works and ordering materials. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and report to the Head of Estates and Infrastructure.
