Hackney Wick Site Co-Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for the smooth and safe day-to-day operations of the sauna. You will provide HR support to the team onsite, ensure the site remains welcoming and well-maintained, contribute to operational improvements, customer satisfaction, and a strong community presence. 

This is a hands-on and outdoor role that is physically demanding and is delivered in all weather conditions. We are open 7 days a week, so weekend and evening work will be required. The role is based on site and involves leadership, problem-solving, and active involvement in all aspects of CSB operations.
