Membership Overview

  • The Full Steam membership is available for £50 per month or £500 per year on a rolling basis.

  • Your membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased it. Upon signing up, members are required to upload a photo of themselves within the first month of use. Failure to do so may result in the temporary suspension or cancellation of the membership.

What’s Included?

  • Unlimited access to off-peak sessions (max 2 per day) across all sites, except Peckham. Off-peak hours are subject to change.

  • 50% off peak sauna sessions at all of our locations (excluding Peckham).

  • Access to member-only priority booking slots during peak hours.

  • Discounts on walk-ins.

  • 15% off private sauna bookings in Hackney, including our 5-person private sauna and 20-person private Lunar Lodge.

  • Events, treatments, private hires and special promos are not included.

Membership Duration

  • Your membership renews automatically every month or year from the day you sign up. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until your next billing date. Any bookings scheduled after this date will be automatically cancelled.

  • You can cancel at any time by emailing support@community-sauna.co.uk.

Usage Policy

  • Members must follow all sauna rules, site guidelines, and sauna etiquette.

  • Community Sauna CIC reserves the right to cancel a membership or refuse entry if these rules are broken.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership if misuse is suspected.

  • Memberships cannot be paused, but you can cancel and rejoin at any time.

  • You can book up to 2 off-peak sauna sessions per day, and as many peak sessions as you'd like.

  • Please note you must check in at every session you attend. We may temporarily freeze your membership for a week if you miss 2 sessions in a row.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund or reschedule - this includes reasons like illness, travel delays, or site closures.

  • If a session is cancelled before 24 hours, your refund should arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • To reschedule your booking, you’ll first need to cancel your existing booking. Once cancelled, you can book a new session at your preferred date and time.

Facility Rights

  • Community Sauna CIC may change opening hours, site features, or membership benefits at any time, without prior notice.

  • Community Sauna CIC may close sites, saunas or cold plunges temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen reasons, without notice.
