Regulars Club Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership overview

  1. The Regulars Club Membership costs £23 per month (monthly plan) or £230 per year (yearly plan).

  2. Your membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased it.

  3. Members-only events are included. Our other events, treatments, private hires and special promotions are not.

  4. Please note that you can only have one active membership or concession at a time. Purchasing a new membership or concession will automatically cancel any existing one.

What's included

  1. 50% off all sauna sessions (peak and off-peak) at Camberwell, Hackney Wick, Stratford and Walthamstow. Peckham is not included.

  2. Access to member-only priority booking slots, as well as the regular timetable.

  3. 50% off walk-ins, when spaces are available.

  4. 15% off private sauna bookings in Hackney, including our 5-person private sauna and the 20-person Lunar Lodge.

  5. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Membership duration

  1. Your membership renews automatically on the date you signed up: every month on the monthly plan, or every year on the yearly plan.

  2. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@community-sauna.co.uk.

  3. When you cancel, your discount stays active until your next billing date.

Usage policy

  1. You must follow our sauna rules, site guidelines and sauna etiquette. We may cancel your membership or refuse entry if these are broken.

  2. We may end your membership if we suspect misuse.

  3. Memberships can't be paused, but you can cancel and rejoin at any time.

  4. You can book 1 space per session and up to 2 sessions per day.

Refund policy

  1. Memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time. Your discount stays active until your next billing date.

  2. [Session bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time can't be refunded or rescheduled, including for illness, travel delays or site closures. Refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance should arrive within 5–10 working days. To reschedule, cancel your booking and make a new one.]

Facility rights

  1. Community Sauna CIC may change opening hours, site features or membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

  2. We may temporarily close sites, saunas or cold plunges without notice for maintenance or unforeseen reasons.
