Membership Eligibility

• The Regulars Club membership is available for £23 per month on a rolling basis.

• The membership is non-transferable — the discount can only be used by the person who purchased it.

• Your membership gives you access to discounted general sauna sessions and private hire.

• Events, treatments, and special promos are not included.

• The discount is valid at Hackney, Stratford, Bermondsey, Camberwell, and Peckham sites.

Membership Duration

• Your membership renews automatically every month from the day you sign up.

• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@community-sauna.co.uk.

• Community Sauna CIC may close sites temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen reasons, without notice.

• Discounted session packages (used to book your sessions) expire after 1 month. You can book sessions up to 1 month in advance.

Usage Policy

• Members must follow all sauna rules, site guidelines, and sauna etiquette.

• Community Sauna CIC may cancel a membership or refuse entry if these rules are broken.

• Memberships cannot be paused, but you can cancel and rejoin at any time.

Refund Policy

• Booked sessions are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the session start time. This includes reasons like illness, travel delays, or site closures.

• Expired packages are non-refundable and must be used within 1 month of purchase.

Facility Rights

Community Sauna CIC may change opening hours, site features, or membership benefits at any time without prior notice.
