Membership Overview

• The Unlimited Off-Peak Sauna membership is available for £35 per month on a rolling basis.

• Your membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased it. Upon signing up, members are required to upload a photo of themselves within the first month of use. Failure to do so may result in the temporary suspension or cancellation of the membership.

• Events, treatments, private hires and special promos are not included.

What’s Included?

• Unlimited access to off-peak sessions across all sites, except Peckham. You can check our off-peak times on our FAQs page.

Membership Duration

• Your membership renews automatically every month from the day you sign up. Upon cancellation, your membership remains valid until the next billing date.

• You can cancel at any time directly from your account.

• Community Sauna CIC may close sites, saunas or cold plunges temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen reasons, without notice.

Usage Policy

• Members must follow all sauna rules, site guidelines, and sauna etiquette. We may cancel a membership or refuse entry if these rules are broken.

• We reserve the right to terminate your membership if misuse is suspected.

• Memberships cannot be paused, but you can cancel and rejoin at any time.

• You can book up to 3 sessions in advance.

• Please note you must check in at every session you attend. We may temporarily freeze your membership for a week if you miss 2 sessions in a row.

Refund Policy

• Your membership is non-refundable but it can be cancelled at any given time. Upon cancellation, your membership remains valid until the next billing date.

Facility Rights

• Community Sauna CIC may change opening hours, site features, or membership benefits at any time without prior notice.
