Throughout the workshop, we will be alternating between hot and cold, with breath and sound as our anchors. You will be guided through a calming breathwork practice, not only to bring you quietly into your body, but to offer a place to return to upon entering the cold. The focus inwards will promote calm and being fully connected at all times, working with our bodies rather than against them. The session will finish with a restorative soundbath within the sauna, where the combination of heat and healing vibrations offers a deeper state of relaxation and restoration.
