Welcome to Queer Poetry Sauna! We'll immerse ourselves in the words of trans and queer poets and be guided by our facilitator Gayathiri @unembarrassable in discussion and writing exercises. Let the sauna melt and reshape the way you use language, and grow your creative appetite. There'll be space for silent reflection and sharing if you feel so moved! 

No poetry experience necessary. Queer Poetry Sauna welcomes all.

Bio: Gayathiri is a Tamil poet and theatre maker. They’re interested in how language shapes childhood and how we might use it to queer the future. Gayathiri’s a recipient of the Faber & Andlyn Publishers’ Prize and the MONO Poetry Prize. They’ve performed with BBC Contains Strong Language, UK Black Pride and the Roundhouse.
