Please apply with the required proof of eligibility. The list below indicates accepted forms of proof:
- For Students, please send a copy of the student ID in date.
- For Universal Credit, Universal Credit Statement dated within the last three months with your name clearly visible.
- For Job Seekers, Job Seekers Statement dated within the last three months with your name clearly visible.
- For Tax Credit, Tax Credit Document dated within the last three months with your name clearly visible.
- For Housing Benefit, Housing Benefit Statement dated within the last three months with your name clearly visible. -
Please be aware that members can only use their concession package once per session, but are able to book multiple concession sessions across the day.
This is because the concession applies to you, and you only. (e.g. you can use membership for the 10am session once, then for the 11am session once)
You will not be able to use your concession for 10am session twice/three times.

Upload or send us evidence that they receive one of the following payments:
a. Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
b. Attendance Allowance (AA)
c. Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Or upload/send medical evidence that they hold:
a. Severely Sight Impaired Registration (formerly Registered Blind)
b. Sight Impaired Registration (formerly Partially Sighted)
c. Any other relevant medical documentation
Or upload/send documentation of one of the following cards:
a. Disabled Person Railcard
b. Access Card
c. Blue Badge
d. DID
If they do not have one of the above, documents/cannot find the supporting paperwork, they or the person helping them with the application should contact us to say so. We will advise on what further information, if any, we need to consider their circumstances and process the application.

Free session for an assistant
This session will automatically be available to use at checkout under your membership.

NHS & Blue Light Membership
Any NHS member of staff with an NHS badge ID, subject to availability in Hackney or Stratford community saunas.

2 free NHS slots per month
PLEASE NOTE: The free slots will be more readily available from September 1st while we phase out the old pre bookings.
Starting September 1st, we will be discontinuing the free NHS slots and cancelling any bookings made after this date. However, these slots will be reinstated under a new NHS membership plan.
This decision comes in light of feedback from NHS workers, customer misuse of this offer and the significant increase in NHS members over the past six months.
We aim to ensure that the free sessions are allocated fairly, considering that some NHS staff are on lower pay bands than others.
The details of the new NHS membership will be shared shortly, and we will reach out to all NHS members with further information.

Apply for the membership via the online forms, NHS or Blue Light. Then, sign and agree that we can charge the card on their account. Next, upload a copy of your NHS ID and pay slip or Blue Light card.
The membership will then be added to your account so you can book your slot, depending on dates and times available.

The NHS free sauna is for NHS staff only.
You can simply book those sessions from the timetable and will be required to show your NHS ID to the sauna staff on arrival.

2 for 1 Membership
Couples and pairs of friends who alternate between watching children and sauna bathing.

Parents are able to purchase 1 ticket and share the time between childcare and sauna bathing.
