Membership Overview & Eligibility Criteria

• Our Blue Light Concession is £2 a month, and it is available to current Blue Light card holders. To verify your eligibility, you must provide:

  • A valid Blue Light card.

  • A photo ID matching the name shown on your Blue Light card.

• Your concession is non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased it.

• Your concession gives you access to discounted general sauna sessions.

• Your discount is valid at our Hackney, Stratford, Walthamstow and Camberwell sites.

What’s Included?

• £5 off-peak sessions.

• £11 peak sessions during weekdays.

• Discounted sessions during weekends.

• Events, treatments, and special promos are not included.

Membership Duration

• Your concession is valid for 1 year. Once expired, please reapply through our website.

• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@community-sauna.co.uk.

Usage Policy

• Members must follow all sauna rules, site guidelines, and sauna etiquette.

• Community Sauna CIC reserves the right to cancel a membership or refuse entry if these rules are broken.

• Concessions cannot be paused, but you can cancel and rejoin at any time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund or reschedule - this includes reasons like illness, travel delays, or site closures.

• If a session is cancelled before 24 hours, your refund should arrive within 5–10 business days.

• To reschedule your booking, you’ll first need to cancel your existing booking. Once cancelled, you can book a new session at your preferred date and time.

Facility Rights

• Community Sauna CIC may change opening hours, site features, or membership benefits at any time, without prior notice.

• Community Sauna CIC mayclose sites, saunas or cold plunges temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen reasons, without notice.
