Come join us to celebrate the joy of the longest day this Summer Solstice!

We will be celebrating the energy and vitality sunlight gives us, and our power to renew and manifest in the physical world. Whether you feel excited by summer, daunted by it’s hectic outwards energy, or at odds with the energy of this season, this is a space for you. A space to connect with your body, your soul and community, and reflect on the incredible rejuvenating power of the natural world to which you belong.  So join us in honouring the longest day of the year with sauna bathing, cold plunges, storytelling and the sharing of a seasonal feast around the solstice fire.

This event is not therapy, but is a therapeutic space and may therefore bring up strong emotions or memories. We work with traditional stories from around the world that can include triggering content. Your hosts are trained dramatherapists with experience in yoga teaching, community theatre and storytelling, and will be there to hold you through the session. The food will be lovingly cooked by local Chef Andy Pycroft.
