Are you looking for an alternative way to celebrate this midwinter and find the warmth of community in the darkest time of the year?

Come celebrate Winter Solstice with us! This time of the year invites us to look inwards and spend time in rest and reflection. In this session, you will be guided through a ceremony to honour the darkness, listen to our bodies and learn from the natural world as winter draws in. This is a time to come together and celebrate community, the flame that keeps us going through the harsh winters. So, join us in honouring the longest night with sauna bathing, cold plunges and storytelling around the solstice fire.

This event is not therapy, but is a therapeutic space and may therefore bring up strong emotions or memories. We work with traditional stories from around the world that can include triggering content. Your hosts are trained dramatherapists with experience in yoga teaching, community theatre and storytelling, and will be there to hold you through the session.

Lights snacks and cacao will also be provided.
