Over 90 minutes we move through a carefully guided journey using the power of breathwork, meditation, heat and cold to restore balance throughout your whole system.
Led by Nic (@breathewithnic), a Breathwork and Nervous System Coach, this immersive experience combines science and spirituality to help you regulate and strengthen your nervous system. You will explore three cycles of guided breathwork, each followed by a plunge, designed to build calm and resilience under pressure.
Through breath, heat and cold, you will engage your nervous system in a cycle of activation and deep recovery. This process helps train the body to move from stress to calm with greater ease, building resilience and a grounded sense of control.
You will leave feeling present, open and deeply restored, with practical tools you can integrate into daily life to find calm within moments of stress.
