A Small Price Increase from 1st June
We will be increasing some of our prices from 1st June.
As a Community Interest Company, our goal is to make sauna as affordable and accessible as possible, so raising prices is always a last resort.
Over the past few years, we’ve been navigating significant increases in energy, fuel, and operating costs. In 2025, we made the decision not to increase our prices, because of our commitment to keeping sauna a space for warmth, rest, connection and affordability.
At the same time, we’ve continued to invest in access through our community work, last year:
3,120 people attended free community group sessions funded by us
5,750 individual free sauna sessions were given through social prescribing
15 organisations were partnered with to widen access and reduce barriers
As a London Living Wage employer and sauna business, we are particularly exposed to energy and fuel price increases as well as staffing costs. To keep the business sustainable - and to continue offering our wide-ranging concessions and community sessions - we now need to make a small increase.
Our prices will rise by 5.5%, which is below the current inflation rate.
What we’re doing to keep sauna accessible
We know times are tough, and we remain committed to keeping sauna within reach for as many people as possible.
Alongside this change, we are:
Freezing Regulars Club membership prices
Freezing off-peak concession prices
Launching unlimited off-peak session packages this June
We’re also working on longer-term ways to protect affordability and expand access - more on that soon.
Thanks for being part of this community and for supporting what we’re building together.
