Our mission as a not-for-profit Community Sauna
is to make sauna and cold plunge affordable and accessible to everyone in London. Through our community initiatives, we offer free and discounted sessions to those who need it most.
Hackney Wick
Our flagship site, born in the car park of the bath house in 2021, this site has transformed into a vibrant hub that sees faces from X to X. We have 7 wood fired saunas all together as well as plunges ranging from 5 - 15 degrees.
Camberwell
Our newest edition to the family, Camberwell is nestled in the heart of Ruskin Park, surrounded by trees and attracting the abundance of park life.
Stratford
This site is very special, hidden away in a community garden and a quiet escape from within the business of Stratford. It is fully wheelchair accessible. We have three saunas and plunges ranging from 5-15 degrees.
Bermondsey

Social Prescribing
We partner with the NHS, Primary Care Networks, Care4Calais, and Latin American Women’s Aid to provide 10-session sauna packages that are fully funded. These include swimwear and companion tickets for those who need extra support.

The ethos behind our events is to expand the potential of the sauna beyond sweat bathing. We want to combine the physical, mental, social and creative. We collaborate with people within the local community to design and host a variety of events that happen in our saunas every week!
