Biz Turner (they/them)
Aromatherapist & Massage Therapist
CamberwellBiz started massaging as a child through trades with siblings and completed their first professional training in holistic massage in 2023. They have specialised training in TMJ dysfunction for chronic jaw pain, using myofascial release and trigger point therapy.
They massage because they love doing it. They believe massage is sacred and relational. Our bodies witness, do and hold so much and can be deeply supported through touch.
The approach is care-centred and consent-led. The process is a collaboration: I adapt to each person, welcoming feedback and centering the present needs of the mind/body/spirit (Soma). They acknowledge bodywork can be vulnerable and bring care to creating as safe a space as possible. They are queer, trans and neurodivergent aware and inclusive.

Trudy Roberts (she/her)
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
CamberwellTrudy was drawn to the world of well-being early on in life, and while living in Japan, she discovered meditation and Traditional Chinese Medicine, which have greatly influenced the therapy she practices today.
Through practising craniosacral therapy, Trudy recognises the genius of the body’s own intelligence to rebalance, flow and heal through being heard. This understanding, together with her rich experience of life, enables her to assist and support others in surmounting the obstacles that prevent them from living peacefully.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on session for the whole person – physically, emotionally and spiritually. Sessions take place with the client resting in a supine position, fully clothed, on a massage table. The biodynamic practitioner employs a light touch informed and centred by a deep perceptual stillness.
