Join us for an evening of connection, release and song in the warmth of the sauna under the Full Moon.

Welcoming space to explore your voice — whether you’re a complete beginner or a professional singer. We’ll come together to use breath, intention, voice exploration and simple songs/mantras to let go, express and reconnect with ourselves.

This event is dedicated to all who identify as women or non-binary.

The Sagittarius Full Moon is a powerful time for release and expansion. Through breathwork, meditation, singing, facilitation of the sauna, and principles of aromatherapy, we’ll support each other in letting go and opening up.

What to bring:

Swimwear
Towel x2 (one to sit on in sauna, a second for drying off at the end)
Journal (optional)
Water bottle (optional)
Flip flops (optional)

No experience needed — just come as you are.

Tejuola is a Yoga Teacher, Trainee Art Therapist and Community Sauna Baths Operator.
Beth is a Musician, Voice Practitioner and Yoga Teacher.
